Shipping policy

  • KRASNOVA offers international shipping
  • There is a production time before the delivery time. We do not keep items in stock and make them on-demand. Production time is specified individually for each product on the Production Time tab.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can check the delivery status by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website.

For US buyers: import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. This is due to the recent removal of the de minimis threshold for international packages entering the United States.


Please note:
  • Recipients are responsible for duties/taxes, which can be paid upon delivery based on your country. 
  • If the buyer refuses to pay customs duties, shipping costs and return fees are non-refundable.
  • Once an order is placed it is not able to be amended. 
  • KRASNOVA is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
  • If you refuse to accept the order, you are responsible for original delivery charges and any duties and taxes incurred on the order. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • When placing your order please ensure that all the details concerning the billing and shipping details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once the courier has processed an order.
