Refund policy

We hope you love your KRASNOVA piece, but if it’s not quite what you expected — no worries! Just drop us a message within 3 days of receiving your order and we’ll help you with a return.

  • You can return your item within 14 days of delivery. It must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Please note: KRASNOVA clothing is designed for personal wear, not for rental or short-term use. We’re unable to accept returns if the item has been worn or if the security tag has been removed.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable — they’ll be deducted from your refund.
  • Personalized items are non-returnable
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in which case a full refund will be issued.

 

 

How to submit a return request

  1. Go to https://account.krasnova.store
  2. Log in to your account:
    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  6. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label/QR code. After the product is returned, we will make you a refund or issue store credit to your account. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question. 

 

Shipping Fee

In case of a return, the shipping fee (equal to the original delivery cost) will be deducted from your refund. Please note that any additional customs duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Returns

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of krasnova.store. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund to cover the expense of cleaning and repair.
