Can I return an item?
Yes! We hope you love your KRASNOVA piece, but if it’s not quite what you expected — no worries! Just drop us a message within 3 days of receiving your order and we’ll help you with a return.
● You can return your item within 14 days of delivery. It must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
● Please note: KRASNOVA clothing is designed for personal wear, not for rental or short-term use. We’re unable to accept returns if the item has been worn or if the security tag has been removed.
● Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable — they’ll be deducted from your refund.
How do I return an item?
How to submit a return request
- Go to https://account.krasnova.store
- Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@krasnova.store.

How do I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Which size should I choose?
Each product page has an individual size chart with measurements for each size of a particular product. If you still have questions about choosing the right size, please contact us via chat or at info@krasnova.store.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order online. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the name of the carrier and a tracking number. You can use this information to check the status of your order on the carrier’s website.
