WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Each product page has an individual size chart with measurements for each size of a particular product. If you still have questions about choosing the right size, please contact us via chat or at info@krasnova.store.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you can track your order online. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the name of the carrier and a tracking number. You can use this information to check the status of your order on the carrier’s website. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact our customer service team at info@krasnova.store. We are happy to assist you.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags attached and be in the original packaging.

How to submit a return request

  1. Go to https://account.krasnova.store
  2. Log in to your account:
  3. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  4. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  5. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  6. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  7. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  8. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@krasnova.store.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

  • Every order from krasnova.store will have insurance coverage from the moment it is sent out from our distribution centre in the Czech Republic until it is delivered to you or your nominated person.
  • Once your item is delivered and signed for, the responsibility for this item passes to you.
